Had a problem with front upvc doors triple lock not working. Bottom lock was stuck and couldn't open door. Phoned Miles after reading the positive reviews and he was able to come round later that day. Very thorough and professional, he was able to get the door open and then strip the lock system down to investigate. Appears it all got out of alignment and after checking and reassembling, he also adjusted hinges and got it all sorted. Locks silky smooth now, so definitely an adjustment issue. Great guy, explained throughly, great price and wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Many thanks again :)

From the time that I phoned him the previous day Miles was reliable, honest and professional. We had a night latch on the front door fitted by a friend which had not been operating properly for a while. He explained the problem, it turned out to be due to how it was fitted, and then went about fixing it for a reasonable price. We now have a properly functioning night latch. Miles is a nice man and I would highly recommend him.

My uPVC front door lock broke when I left for work in the morning. Looked for a local Medway based company and found MD Locksmiths details. Rang them, told them what my problen was and the lock manufacturer which was on the door. Was given a quote over the phone and told they will either fix/replace it today or fit a temporary lock if unable to sort today (as the door was not lockable) and would order any parts needed and return the next day. They arrived at the time they said, had the replacement part on the van and it was all replaced and working like new in one visit. From phone call to lock problem sorted was 4 hours. Fantatstic service and would highly recommend.
