Samantha Cook and team have been fantastic for the conveyancing we required to sell our house and purchase a new one in Wales. Other solicitors quoted us extra to deal with the Welsh Land Tax or stated they couldnt complete our purchase. However Samantha was positive from the beginning and dealt with the process quickly, efficiently and professionally. We wouldnt hesitate to recommend Farnfields.

very difficult solicitor to work with. They dont seem to communicate internally between solicitors and attention for detail has had to be checked over and over again. They involved a dispute solicitor who seemed to be gunning for a fight before one was necessary. This caused a rift between parties and of course ran up additional costs. Not overly impressed - they could have made negotiations a lot easier but lack of transparency just ran up costs and their actions may have fundamentally and irreparably affected any future relationship between the parties involved. They need to question themselves and whether they really held their clients interest high on the priorities. Hope I never have to deal with them again
