Bella Italia - Hempstead Valley

Never from order from the mack shack here, have ordered from here several times and they always forget items/give wrong items. Ordered the sloppy joe twice and always comes as just original mac and cheese. Complete lack of quality control. One time is fine, but 3 times in a row in not acceptable. They have lost 2 customers as the food generally is nice but you never get what you order.

Harry was exceptional today. We couldn't have asked him to do any more for us. He was attentive to our needs and made us feel very welcome. He was not only looking after us but several other tables also. We had a good chat with him and he mentioned that he was still relatively new to be honest we would not have known had he not told us. We mentioned our experience to Scott the manager who said thank you and asked us to leave the feedback officially on here. We will definitely be back thank you Harry & Bella Italia for a great end to my daughters birthday.

Firstly my experience was horrible. Service was very slow, the place was empty, so the lack of service made no sense. Tables weren't getting cleared and one family got turned away due to being understaffed, yet there weren't any customers. Staff were acting as if they weren't on the job, singing and dancing, play fighting etc. This one blonde girl was smashing and banging every glass making me and my partner jump every two seconds because she didn't want to fill the dishwasher. Our drinks took about 20 minutes after we ordered them. Our desserts came out with no spoons, and One of the terrible staff members (Harry) asked "Do you want, spoons?". Like are you kidding me!? I can't stress enough, that there were no customers. So the poor service, the family being turned away and them not wanting to do their jobs made no sense! Food wasn't the best and I won't be returning as it was bad enough not give it a second chance. P.S. They have scaffolding as part of the decor lmao.
