Amazing quality gate and railing - and the exact look that we wanted. Jeff was a pleasure to work with, and it was great that he kept me up to date on progress - as well as keeping me involved and let me make the decisions with the finer details of the job. What says it all, is that within a day of finishing the install, already two neighbours have asked to have Jeffs contact! Couldnt be happier.

Dickens Gates came to my house, said they could help, sounded enthusiastic, promised to email that evening, but nothing. I emailed, left messages and sent texts but noone ever got in touch again, just left me hanging. Weird and unprofessional customer service. After a month of waiting for my messages to be answered, I gave up and found GotoEngineering - another local business. George was great and I recommend GotoEngineering.

Just had some handrails made and fitted by Jeff , I must say that the service was excellent they were completed in record time as Jeff realised that I needed them because of my condition. An all together superb company to work with.
