        The owners where lovely BUT stayed at 21 balmoral hotel as its now a shared accomdation and the curtains need changing and shower needs the lime scale taken of or totally new shower downstairs. The sink smelt of sewage in the room me and my partner was put in. Room was never cleaned when it was meant to be. Crayon all over the wall in the room. Just skanky and children get put in here and also druggies and alcoholics who think they can bang on your window and let them in. This is not a place you want to live. Heating was NEVER put on and was made to use our own electric heater
