Told them I'm disabled and have no heating or hot water..was told be within 48 hours for repair Update..they repaired it at 1pm ..and it's gone again by 8pm... awaiting a call back

Contacted mears as a council tenant. I have been having ongoing issues with my garage for 3+ years! Garage flooding to the point I can't use it yet paying every month. Garage door refusing to open. Had the issue with Garage door not opening when my car was in it and I called and explained that I needed the car for an urgent hospital appointment (my husband was having surgery for cancer) was told it would be resolved ASAP! They had a week to fix it. Still not had a call and I ended up having to pay a small fortune to get my husband to and from his appointment! Not to mention that I'm Paying for a Garage I can't use properly AND having to pay someone to take me to and from work everyday! Absolute joke of a Company!!! Service: General repairs & maintenance
