Most disappointing! I have never been entirely happy with my hair at any hairdressers tbh! My friend usually cuts it but has been too busy. So I thought I would treat myself for my birthday. Another friend had her hair done at Rage and it looked lovely, so I decided to brave it! Monday it was shut. Tuesday they shut earlier than advertised. Wednesday I plucked up my courage and wandered down to have a chat and make an appointment. As I approached the door I could see a customer sat in foils but no staff around. The door was locked with a notice about ringing the bell. As I went to do this, I saw a young woman come from out back, she saw me and her face dropped and she rolled her eyes! Not the welcome I was hoping for!! As I walked away she opened the door so I turned and told her ~ "Not with that face!" Perhaps she was having a bad day and perhaps I was being too sensitive, (anxious and birthday blues) but I won't be going back! I was probably going to spend around 100, but it's not just their loss ~ Be kind, you never know how much a smile and a positive attitude can help bolster an anxious person! The sign above the door says ~ Rage Hair With attitude I was hoping not to be feeling rage and for my hair to have attitude, not the staff!!
