Amazing eyebrows

I wish I could give zero stars but there isnt such an option. Last time when she did my eye brows she completed messed them up and left me with a cut on my right brow. I seriously did not expect this from a certified salon. And now when I had a haircut, she completely destroyed my hair. I kept telling her how I would like my hair, but no her ego came in the way, she didnt even accept her mistake. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Truly sad that I will have to live with this for another 3 months till it grows out. . I have read your reply. This a genuine review, i have had my eyebrows done before. But because we are not given a receipt, and we pay by cash so I do not have any evidence. Typically, I support small salons that provide good services but this unacceptable. I firmly believe there are better hair salons, and I am entitled to my opinion. This is my opinion as the customer who has used your service. We had the most terrible experience ever. Usually I have my eyebrows done but I decided to have my haircut at the shop. Truly the worst decision of my life ever. She does not know how to cut hair at all. I dont know why I even expected her to do it properly. I clearly told her how I would like my hair, but instead she decided to do my hair how she wants it. She did not listen to any of my requests. It just kept getting worse and worse, and I told her throughout that its not how I wanted it. Due to her ego and attitude she just kept justifying herself and her actions. What could I do, my hair was already destroyed. I seriously dont recommend this place. Do not go here for a haircut. I am now left very very unsatisfied and in tears. Super disappointed and will never be visiting again. Service: Hairstyling
