To start all of the staff are lovely and extremely talented. You can really tell they care about their clients and also eachother, which makes for a lovely environment.
My hair looks amazing and they worked really hard to find ways to achieve what I wanted without damaging my already quite damaged hair.
I really couldn't be more impressed and have already recommended them to friends and family - who all have said my hair looks amazing :)
