        What a fantastic place to learn the art of CrossFit, no matter what age or ability. The Team are approachable and knowledgeable with regards to the Individuals requirements. I'm looking forward to the next year of progression.

        Took my 12 year old here for the younger crossfit and he loves it. Don and the other trainers are very knowledgeable and really explain to the kids what they're doing and make sure they get the form right before moving on.
