Ordered my bridesmaid gifts from here last year and they all looked amazing and arrived on time. One glass arrived broken so I contacted the glitter emporium and they kindly replaced it for me with at no extra cost. Very pleased and would use them again

I ordered from here with a 2 day working delivery which cost me 7. I worked from home on delivery day so I could be in for the delivery, although by the end of the day...no delivery. I checked my tracking and saw it was at a collection point which I thought was strange as there had been no delivery attempt. I therefore had to collect it quickly as I needed them for the evening for a friend's birthday. I then contacted glitter emporium for a refund on my delivery cost as there had been no attempt of delivery and I had wasted my time and petrol money to collect it (bearing in mind I had paid 40 for 2 6 bottles of prosecco alongside the 7 delivery charge). I was told there was a delivery attempt at 15.23 which there was not. I checked my cctv, in fact no deliveries between half 2 - half 4. I sent them evidence of this and politely requested a refund. I was then met by RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL responses as you can see in the images attached. Never mind refusing me my delivery charge refunded which is my RIGHT as a consumer, the lack of respect for a customer who had spent that much on their products is astonishing. You think as a small business they would be valuing their customers. I WILL NOT be ordering from here again or recommending them. Reporting to trading standards. Don't order from here if you want to be met with this level of disrespect after spending a lot of money. Baffled how they want to compromise their reputation over the sake of a delivery charge which anyone can look up and see I am well in my right to a refund.
