I would like to say how kind and understanding but very Professional all staff had been to myself and family after my daughter passed away they couldnt do enough to support all my family my daughter was taken care of and when we visited her she always looked beautiful and at peace All her personal items were still with her and I can honestly say I will be back to arrange my own funeral plan in the future

Sophie provided the worst customer service experience in my life- in fact the worst experience of my life. Mishandled the planning of my husband's funeral so badly that it had to be cancelled and rearranged with Co-op (very highly recommended). Inadequate storage meant he was "too far gone" to view, and worse... His jewellery went missing but they blame the hospital. Horrendous experience and I will be taking further action.

I wish that I could give more than 5 stars to T Allen funeral service. They have been amazing in these strange times organising and carrying out my dad's funeral. Through out the whole process they have demonstrated kindness, respect and dignity towards my dad and our family. I would highly recommend T Allen funeral service, they went above and beyond and I am eternally thankful to them.
