Love this mc donalds but the chicken selects needs cooking alot more I brought 3 of them in the Box and 2 of them where solid and was like biting into carot. Needs cooking alot more

AVOID! The most shoddy and badly run McDonald's ever! Rude staff - especially a trappy rotund female who calls herself a manager - shut your mouth, take a customer awareness course and stop eating all the burgers love! Judging by the amount of missing food in the 'one star' reviews on here, I wonder just who is eating all the burgers!? Apparently, the real manager was too busy to speak today! It's tough at the top, flipping burgers! Shame really, because after telling me my card had been declined for a refund (doh)! and returning home, I realised 'Miss Trappy' had given me a cash refund for a burger I bought with points! ! Lordy Lordy, if any one of the management at this branch had a brain, they'd be dangerous! So, if you ever wondered whatever happened to Ronald McDonald, fear not - He's working with a whole load of other clowns that go to make up 'management' at Courteney Road! So sad, because this place had potential, until they took on a cartload of rabble to manage the branch! Go to KFC up the road! Bright chirpy staff and lovely 'hot' food!
