I made an appointment for the electrician to come in the morning. He turned up at 3.30 and didnt even apologise. When I told him that he should have let me know so that I could Get on with my day instead of waiting all day for him, he said that its a normal thing and that he still had morning appointments for him to attend. And the job was not even done, however he did explain to me what the word reinstate means because he assumed that I dont speak English. Terrible service and bad manners.

They are very rude ! Would never use this company again and would advise anyone else to look else square. They took a long time doing the work which was well past the date they told me it would be finished. Also I think they need driving lessons as the boy driving the van almost ran a young boy and his mother over :( hopefully they take note and speak to their drivers...
