        SACK THE RECEPTIONIST NOW! My girlfriend who has been awake all night coughing with a suspected infection was told at 0840 (10 mins after opening) "do you really expect to get an appointment now. If its really that bad call 111" then was hung up on! How on gods green earth is this seen as a service being provided for the people. The taxes we pay go towards this service and that's the hospitality we received!

        Today I am giving only one Star. I was told by Receptionist that I would be getting a Phone call at 2.30pm from Doctor with Test Results. He called about 8.30am. My point being that as I was expecting the Call at 2.30pm I could easily have been unavailable, thereby wasting both mine and his valuable time, not to mention having to reschedule

        Unbelievably unhelpful receptionist staff told to wait 2 weeks for a appointment for a under 6 month old then told the appointment wouldn't even to be to see someone would be over the phone. After being g told by pharmacy's and NHS 111 she needed a appointment ASAP
