No way to get an appointment in advance, they only take "emergency" same-day appointments, which you only get if you are lucky to be in the first callers to their surgery. When you do get an appointment you have to fight them to get a referral even when their treatment did not work. Completely unwilling to help when you are in an unusual situation. Considering how they don't seem to care at all about the health of their patients I don't think they should be allowed to call themselves doctors.

Can never get an appointment. Havent actually seen a GP here in 3 years !!!

Impossible to get an appointment, used to use an e-consult service but have now discontinued, not willing to work with you if you have difficulties with ringing at half 8 with no hold system so it's just appointment lottery. If you use this GP you are just gambling with your health. I feel they need a review.

Worst doctors ive ever had, good luck getting a appointment or good luck even getting through by phone, ridiculous phone system, normally you get put into a queue and are helped when its your turn but instead you just have to keep calling and hoping to get through to a actual person
