AWFUL DOCTORS AVOID AT ALL COSTS ; transferred here 6 weeks ago have called continuously and been unable to get an appointment; on hold for 30 minutes at a time to be told appointments all gone. Do not use you wont get to see GP; I asked why did they take on new patient when clearly have no availability they said we arent allowed to close our books DONT WASTE YOUR TIME

I am totally fed up with being told I cannot make an advanced booking because the lists are closed. Yet your auto message says you can make advanced bookings. Look all I want is to see a doctor in a practice I have been a patient for 22 years. This is only the second time in three months. I need to see a GP. Its neither wonder people end up going to A&E. The young woman reeptionist was again really ubrupt until I asked to speak to someone else then she changed her attitude. Advised me to use the app. I can then book because there are spaces just that she cant usr tj !!!!!! What the heck is that about? I am in chronic pain but will just have to stay like that because found the app . .a nightmare to navihate so thats that
