        Gone downhill very much in the last few years. Not sure if it's a general sign of the times or the increase in patient numbers etc but it's not as family orientated as it used to be and the service received is not great.

        Nice reception staff but just spent 30 minutes and made 200 dials on the GP number trying to get through and i STILL cant even make an appointment. They really need to change their process and allow for online booking or even a queue system on the phone. If you can afford private healthcare, buy that instead of wasting time with the NHS
