        Since COVID they just seem to be using COVID as an excuse still. Can't even get through on the phone. When I do I'm always cut off. Didn't even seem at all concerned when I took my little girl for a bad cough. Will be changing doctors. Utter disgrace. Avoid!!!!

        A really great surgery. All the staff are friendly and very efficient. If only other surgeries were as good as this one!

        Extreemly friendly staff. Always do their best to help you when you call. Nurse and doctors work very efficiently and are always friendly. They handled the covid vacination program very professionally.

        A good surgery of good doctors and nurses. Unfortunately a couple of the receptionists can be very rude and it is very upsetting when they are not understanding or empathetic about a sick child. I have been spoken to sarcastically several times and there is clearly no notes on recent patient traumas or perhaps they wouldnt communicate in that way.
