Maidstone Road Dental Surgery

Ive been coming to this dentist for over 35 years, since I was a child. Great care and customer service. I have now registered my children there and both children are relaxed and enjoy going. We had an emergency appointment recently, staff went above and beyond to help get us an appointment and treatment was giving on the same day. Receptionist was amazing, dentist and assistant are always fabulous with the children. The tips on hygiene and aftercare always shared at appointments too. Great service.

I am entitled to free NHS dental care I signed the form next thing I know I have a 115 fine to pay for a check up. I have now changed dentists and much more happier with Reciveing their service.

Zein is a fantastic dentist, she really took away my nerves from the start. Reception staff and the hygienist also very helpful!

The receptionist who was on duty on the 14th of September 2022 Im afraid needs much more basic training. Im afraid I did not get their name but they did not sound young. She was extremely rude to my elderly mother who has recently lost her husband. She explained this when she rung and requested to rearrange her appointment for a later date, she was quite rudely told told if she rung again to amend she would be removed from their books. I didnt quite believe this so I rang later in the afternoon to make sure of the appointment time. The receptionist I spoke to remembered my mother and I politely asked her to confirm the new day and time. She did and I explained that my mother does get confused at times and could a note be put on the screen to be made aware of this and perhaps be a little more patient with her. Ive got more important things going on here tut tut was the reply. I politely said that my mother was quite important to me too and if she rung again please be patient with her as you have quite upset her this morning. To which she replied well it will be me that answers the phone as no one else here can be bothered I replied please be kind and ended the call - I certainly was not going to be rude to her but I think she most certainly needs to brush up on her customer service skills. A little empathy goes far in this world.

My experience with this dental surgery from starting is absolutely amazing, team is very kind and generous. Receptionist Kelly is lovely lady and manage her role very well she understands the situation and pain of patients and provide needful help with her I never get disappointed and feel relaxed when she answers the call. Doctor and Assistant also are very nice , knowledgeable and helpful all the time. So grateful
