    Do not order anything from Bose UK I ordered a product from Bose UK without knowing that they use UPS for delivery. UPS are notorious for not delivering to customer addresses but instead to their "UPS Access Points" because in this way they make more money and they do not care if the customer is able to pick the item from there or not. They also pretend to have attempted delivery to the customer's address which is a lie. I do not use any retailers that dispatch items via UPS. In addition, customer support is non-existent and I am unable to get a refund for the item that was not delivered. I will have to spend hours on the phone to raise a dispute with the credit card company in order to get my money back.

    Bose Home Speaker 500 - an expensive paperweight Since the BBC pulled local radio from Tunein, we can no longer access our local BBC station. Alexa and Google Assistant do not work. Bose have not enable the BBC Sounds App which is the official way to go. Bose do not or will not enhance their app which is in our experience flaky. Our 500 speaker regularly drops out of WiFi and refuses to work. Followed all the online advice to no avail. No other WiFi problems here. Id never buy a Bose product again. Truly a disappointment in this household. A waste of over 300 in the U.K.

I ordered a product from Bose UK without knowing that they use UPS for delivery.
