        Customer service not great. On taking my laptop in for repair on a Wednesday I was told it would be a day. I phoned on Saturday as hadn't heard anything and spoke to a different man. I got an email later that day to say there was a delay in starting as he'd been busy and it would be ready Tuesday. On Tuesday I had a text to say it would be ready Wednesday or Thursday as he had a day off sick.I had a text on Thursday to say it was ready and picked it up at 10am but there was a problem, I phoned up straight away and spoke to a lady who said she would get him to phone me ASAP. After 4.5 hours I went back down to the shop. I was told the mouse pad not working was a common fault with my make of laptop but I said it was fine before, to which he then admitted yes it was working before when he tested it! Left it there a couple hours and was sorted. The problem was fixed and I'm happy but updating customers and some apology of it taking so long would've been appreciated rather than me having to chase up when it would be ready to collect.

        Reinstalled Win 11 on a PC quickly and efficiently for a reasonable price. They need to change their Google address/location though.
