Complete and utter waste of time they lie about appointments they dont ring when they make appointments constantly lie and say your going to see a phsyciatrist then cancel it days before with no explanation and then your just told to be patiend. The most uncaring people wuth no regard to making your mental health worse if i could give 0 i would . My mental health has been made significantly worse by them and they dont care they just dont bother ringing anymore its obviously a bit much to expect help from them.just to add this is 11months being refered to them and no help what so ever

Absolutely despicable. No treatment available, diagnosis just to suit their needs with no explanation, get facts wrong constantly, accuse you of faking it to get benefits, tell you your worker is "X" and she will call you every few weeks, they tell your parents that as well, but when you query why X hasn't called you were "mistaken", an absolutely useless and wasteful system ("CHANGE") designed to get rid of you rather than treat, doctors only interested in prescribing medicine, although they don't even know the basics about them, constant mistakes made in reporting what I said, and a general air of disdain to you for bothering them. I am waiting for MIND now, who seem much kinder and when it comes to it I will be paying privately with them. Why can't the NHS be like that? Britton House wasted enough of my life. This just should be shut down. I would give them minus points if I could because they have caused me damage. Blamed me for trauma caused to me, and accused me of lying so no treatment for that. I absolutely hate them. A letter sent to the GP she didn't even understand untiI pointed out that they had decided not to "treat me". They cannot even write. Treat me to what? More abuse by the mental health "services". Why isn't this under special measures yet?

Was told to behave myself!!! by a so called qualified nurse when I was trying to get help..this was after months of receiving little to no help after having many months of manic depressive episodes. Just to be that I was disrupting his day!!! Disgusting service needs reporting to CQC snd put into special measures

Wouldn't bother unless you want your mental health to get worse, also if you are under there care its hard to get care from other services so I would just go straight to the other services this place doesn't know how to handle mental health.
