I LOVE IT WHEN I COME HOME TO A NICE CLEAN SPARKLING HOUSE!! We have had Thomas Cleaning in for about a year now and I can honestly say I am thrilled to bits with the service and the quality of their workmanship I receive from them. Their cleaners are professional in every way, extremely hard working, they don't stand around talking or drinking cups of tea (an experience I have encountered with other companies) and they leave no stone unturned when it comes to getting my house spic and span! They don't cut corners, they clean them!! There are other companies out there that are a complete rip off, far more expensive and nowhere near as professional as Thomas Cleaning. They give me peace of mind knowing that the job will be done thoroughly, they bring their own products, they put in the hours they say they are going to do and they are trustworthy. Keep up the good work girls, if I could give you 6* I would!! Sue Lee

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We paid 153.60 for 5 hours worth of cleaning to be carried out for our End of Tenancy Clean and I was disgusted at what a mess my flat had been left in. Thick layers of dust covering my entire bedroom carpet, considering we had paid a separate fee for it to be shampood and cleaned they did not even bring a Hoover when we explained we would not have one present. There was limescale and water splash marks left on the bathroom sink taps, on the shower head, the shower screen, the bath taps and the mirror in the bathroom. They had not even touched our oven when we specifically provided them a detailed list of what works needed to be carried out- and a thorough clean of the oven had been listed. There was dust all over my kitchen work surfaces, the stainless steel sink had not been cleaned and there were smear marks all over the hob. Save your money and go somewhere else, I am so upset with the state our home has been left in. We did not get our deposit back from the letting agents either by the way.
