Ordered via Just Eat. Sunday night, supposedly less busy time. Still waiting for food an hour after ordering, and the wait continues as app says theyre still trying to sort out a driver. This is the last time I order KFC. Amazed they still have any business at all with this unacceptable customer service, total let down.

If I could give it a minus I would Sloppy staff cant be bothered to place lids on properly then place a heavy bottle of drink at the top caused at least 40 quids damage to my leather heated car seats And they don't care

In the last 2 months I got food from this Kfc several times, it was good and nothing was missing. I know that sounds like a minimum requirement for a business like this but after trying the Strood and the Chatham Dockside ones I am now just hoping for decency. Staff are ( mostly) welcoming and helpful. Food is good.
