        Got delayed because of an accident and hold up by first delivery. Customer has been informed of the delay. Been told to deliver goods to Building 2 at 0800 in the morning, as Eta was after 1200. But, Goods In at Building 2 opens and accepts deliveries after 0900 and closes at 1200!!!!!!!. No one showed up of Goods In at 0900. Finally goods got offloaded at 1045. If it would be possible to rate 0 stars,it truly would represent this form of performance.
