Horrendous service had my car over 2 months and they still have no idea when the repair will be completed they never tell you anything unless you keep ringing or email and then just get same story waiting for a part that's been on order for weeks not good enough I doubt if they will ever get it repaired all at this rate

Brought a VW Tiguan from this place. Nothing but hassle from day one. Had to chase the sales guy for info about the warranty, ended up speaking to the mgr who said they would get info sent over, never got sent. So had to ring another branch get them involved who then emailed a director who called and sent me the info over. The picking up of the car was delayed by 3 days, when we did pick it up within 24 hrs we had a fault with the lights on the steering wheel. Called the dealership back up, was told to call VW to get it booked in. They could not look at it for 4 weeks, and then would need to order parts. They also wanted to charge me for a courtesy car while they fixed ours. Made it very clear I would not be paying for a courtesy car while they fixed a car which we had less than 24hrs. The mgr of the KIA dealership just kept saying it was company policy to charge for courtesy cars, and I would need to pay. Asked to speak to someone above him, then within 20 mins got a call from the sales man saying its been sorted and I would not need to pay for the car while they fixed ours. Over the weekend we took the car out for a drive to Dover and noticed more issues. Tyre pressure light kept coming on, even though tyres where ok and the drive assist and lane assist was not working and kept turning itself off. Lastly the start stop button started playing up. Returned the car and got our money back. For a company that promotes itself on excellent customer service, our experience was far from excellent.
