        Lovely staff. There is great customer service provided here and it is great that the branch is still open (unlike many others on the high street unfortunately). Hope this remains the case!

        Friendly helpful and it's nice to be able to go and see someone to sort things out twice I had trouble with the ATM MACHINE outside luckily you still have a branch to go into for help cheers and keep the branch open

        I find it frustrating that the branch is not open when the majority of those in work would need to use it - on a Saturday. Opening 5 hours a day during the standard working week is of no use to most. Can't really comment on the experience as I can't get in!

        I think it's ridiculous that this bank is only open a few hours a day, it should be 10-4 at least

        Nice to still have good customer service in the Hi street . Gillingham is not a nice place and the staff at this branch are amazing.
