Needed a replacement toilet seat urgently late on a Monday night recently and bought the first one available. It was too big for the smaller modern pan of the toilet we have but upon returning it, the branch manager searched Tool Station and B&Q before ordering me a new better wooden one to the measurements I gave and it was DPD delivered within 24hrs. Returned the one bought on Monday for a refund with no issues. Helpful staff and great advice.
