        I took my new bike in (purchased elsewhere) as I was having issues with the gears and out of the box configuration. Tim and team sorted it out within 20 minutes and the bike is performing amazingly now! In store there is a wealth of accessories also. Amazing customer service and education, cant recommend highly enough
