Absolutely shocking company, bought 2 sun beds last year, both had a load of issues with them, customer service is terrible, 1 of the beds is still playing up now, getting them back to fix them was a nightmare, when they did come back they fitted the wrong stuff, promised to come back but never did, now ignoring any messages avoid buying any sun beds from this company!!

Amazing service, i have just purchased a 2nd hand sunbed and I wasnt given the time of day by some places until I have a message to Tan Empire who were quick and understanding of my needs and wants, Maria was amazing asking me questions of my wants and Im happy to have purchased with them highly recommend for customer service

If your looking for bad service call mark at tan empire, then again he probably wont answer. They took parts from my bed in January to be fixed and I got told it will take 2 weeks. After 4 months of being messed around and lots of broken promises I said just send me my stuff back. This took 6 more days to do so and upon arrival we noticed the control panel was missing that they took. He does not answer the phone or do any of them get back to you about the missing part. Unreliable, next to no communication, unorganised, unprofessional, I would avoid at all cost.

As a tanning salon owner find hard to get engineer to my salon in Suffolk , they always helpful as much as they can , their engineers are very knowledgeable. Range of cream from them is nice too 7SUNS . I will continue to use them .
