sales team always provide a good level of service, sales rep always resolves the few issues I have, and goes out of her way to get the really oddball items we sometimes require - even if it isn't vehicle related! delivery drivers always pleasant and polite. much better than the usual mainstream factors

After being let down by two other local parts stores, I tried these guys for some parts for my van that I needed urgently. I will never go elsewhere now, they was already busy when I went in but took the time to help me and get everything I wanted, the pricing was miles cheaper and all the parts where correct first time. Will their manager even gave me some free air fresheners!! Top class friendly service, couldnt recommend them enough!
