It is a pleasure to work with Sandip - an architect with deep knowledge of construction processes who makes projects go smoothly. He is a great communicator with quick responses to solve onsite issues. Looking forward to work on the next projects!

Caution - I strongly advise all perspective customers looking for an architect to avoid using Sandip Singh Chudha from Tudor Agencies. Initially in November 21 at the start of my project Sandip was attentive and spoke with confidence making promises of how quickly he could design and produce drawings for my side extension. Sandips promises soon fell by the wayside, as his quick design and drawings for planning permission actually took 3 months to be submitted. Although planning permission was granted, here we are 7 months later and we are unable to progress as Sandip has still not provided working drawings or a structural engineers specifications. Sandip is very evasive, he does not reply to calls, texts, messages or e-mails. Sandip is not known and does not trade from his registered business address. He lists an office number but this is a remote telephone line and I am sure the ladies that answer the calls are fed up listening to complaints from customers trying to contact Sandip. I have complained to ARB and will be taking legal action to recover monies paid for works not completed.
