        A friendy service with positive advice. Plans drawn to satisfaction and positivley checked with client before submission to planning. All routes followed from drawing to official final permission to build. I would recommend this service to anybody.

He provided the plans and calcs, guided our single storey extension application through with the council, and offered great advice for handling the complexities and nuances with the water company. Responses to texts and emails were always prompt.
