I contacted Dan Butler as I was required to get planning permission to extend my gardent patio and build some retaining walls with change of grass to Astroturf because there is no permitted development where I live. Dan came out the next day to measure up and get a full understanding of my requirements. Later that day he sent me a copy to get approval and the following day my application was submitted. The Council had a few more enquiries and dealt direct with Dan who responded promptly with them. As promised after 10 weeks my permission was granted. Dan took all the stress and strain out of the process for me and made it seem so simple. I just could not recommend his services highly enough and would have no hesitation to use him on a future project or recommend him to friends and family

I would recommend anyone to contact ArchiTechnology for a chat! Working with Dan on our house has been a wonderful experience. He came up with really innovative ideas and surprisingly managed to overturn a council planning office decision in our favour! Friendly, supportive and professional.

We've used Architechnology. Design for the drawings for our extension and would wholeheartedly recommend them. Dan guided us with kindness, patience and complete professionalism. He is always quick to reply and make time to visit and is very knowledgeable and informative especially for people doing their first extension, like ourselves.
