I recently moved into 'The Kell' near Chatham docks, and I must say, the experience has been amazing! The apartments are incredibly beautiful and well-built, with every little detail carefully crafted to perfection. I'm particularly impressed with the amazing view from my flat - it's breathtaking and makes me feel like I'm living in a paradise. One thing that I really appreciate about 'The Kell' is that everything I need for my daily consumables is within easy reach. It's very convenient and saves me a lot of time and effort. The nearby shops and markets offer everything I need, from groceries to household items. Moreover, my first interaction with Daniella and Janette was fantastic. They were very welcoming and helped me settle in during my first day by providing a thorough walk-through of all the things that the apartment has to offer. They were very patient and answered all my queries, making my move-in experience smooth and hassle-free. Overall, I would highly recommend 'The Kell' apartments to anyone who's looking for a pet friendly, comfortable, convenient, and beautiful place to live in. It's a fantastic experience, and I feel lucky to be living here!

The kell is fine place to live in, and Way of life are very pleasant manager, though there are little toothing issues I encountered that is understandable for moving into new location. I recommend the property.

The building is extremely expensive but we don have washing machine for such a long time, no running water for two days, elevators out of service several times, today internet is disconnected. The staff seems to be doing their best but things are slow and they blame others. Parking door and FOB were out of service for about two months or more. It's clean and quiet. The good part.

Terrible management. I live in the building and they never respond or take ages to reply and no one in management know whats going on. Coming to the end of my tenancy and Ive tried to arrange a renewal for over 1 month and still have go nowhere to this day. I sent multiple emails asking about my renewal options as I wanted the shortest contract (6 months is the normal). I sent three emails over 2 weeks asking someone respond and on the third , finally someone at the management team told me I could renew 6 months (which we know most places offer as the shortest). I agreed and said I accept this. Another 1 week passes and someone emails me and says we can renew your contract for 12 months and thats the shortest. Now Im scratching my head thinking youve already emailed and stated 6 months which we know is possible. So Ive responded to confirm and now it will take them another 1 week to respond and my tenancy is nearly over. All in all 1 month later and Im no further along in renewing my tenancy. Worst management for a building Ive ever been with. No consistency or professionalism. Just seen everyone in the team cant be bothered. Nice flats but honestly the management make a big difference to how you enjoy your home. Look elsewhere with better management.
