Moreover, Annie was so lovely and patient with me throughout the moving-in process. I really appreciate the effort and time she had put in for getting everything in order for me, right within the short timeframe that I had.

It's super clear and easy to communicate. No tricks, no problems unlike other management companies. I am happy with it all.

Moved here pretty much once the development first opened and was available to move in to, good communication with the lettings agents they were very efficient with the move in process and to any queries I had. Overall the apartments was nice, neat and spacious however the build quality of the apartments are terrible for the price you pay its barely luxury living as described, you will Find the most basic of the basic cheap appliances here, zero soundproofing, walls cracked ceiling cracked, floors and doors were not level in certain areas and overall build quality is garbage, this complex was being built during the pandemic/ lockdown may explain why the apartments are built with such bad quality/labour i am surprised that the conveyors singed This off. The lifts break every other week, overall opinion MEDIOCRE Dont be fooled by the marketing behind this development.
