They sent me a link for someone to call me in minutes which is a complete joke.
Waited at last 30 minutes so called them again
Honestly they couldnt be bothered
Im exhausted and meant to call again now.
lazy staff with no interest telling me to call at 9am after trying to get my boy an emergency appointment from 5.38 this morning
