Well Gildersome - Finkle Lane

Terrible service, gone downhill over the last few years, no-one seems to know what they are doing, last time I went in I was ignored whilst two female members of staff discussed catering! I had to ask if anyone was serving. Today been to collect medication, got home and part of prescription missing, I don't know how as we had had a discussion about it when I went to collect, back again tomorrow, not the first time this has happened!

This was a great chemist a year ago but now they can't get any prescription right or on time. If you tell them about the problem they tell you to change chemist. Not a great way to run a business

For many years this was an excellent village chemist, about 18 months ago it started to rapidly go down hill, incorrect drugs being wrongly given against the prescribed ones, 3 weeks delivery for a insulin delivery as they forgot to order it, several family members have experienced incorrect supply of drugs to the prescription and one could of been life threatening, I have therefore changed my pharmacy due to their incompetence and lack of regard for peoples health, it needs closing

Started off great but after a year or more sadly lacking. My husband and myself got our meds on the same day every time, but now a week apart!! Its really inconvenient! We cant walk far and dont have a car. The staff arent rude, and perhaps efficient, but definitely NOT particularly friendly at all. Im sure the brilliant review is a friend or relative. Sickeningly nice!! Too nice!

Says open until 6pm on a Sunday, got there 4.30pm and closed, joke pharmacy
