Bought a helmet from my moto, it arrived damaged with a crack. Spoke to customer service who said they had none left in stock but would upgrade me to another one available for the same price, I just needed to return the damaged helmet and they would call me when they had received it. I had to call them as I hadn't heard anything from them. They said they had received the helmet back but that I could not have the offer of the upgrade anymore, they were going to try and get the damaged helmet repaired and I could have that back!! They shouldn't make offers they can't give you!! Will look elsewhere.

Good selection of kit at reasonable prices. Staff could have been a bit more knowledgeable but were very welcoming. Would definitely use again.

Been in today for a look around and ended up buying a new helmet. My Moto always seem to have a good choice of clothing/equipment available and is my go to place for gear. Keep up the good work and no doubt I'll be back again.
