        Helping hands were recommended when my in laws suffered some ill health. We put a number of things in place but the helping hands carer is the only person they have really been happy to have help from. Whenever we have contact with the office the staff are helpful too, and recently the carer went above and beyond - she genuinely seems to care beyond the limits of her role.

        As a family we were a little sceptical to begin with as my Mum didnt like the idea of having carers coming into her home. However, all the carers have made her feel at ease and she now looks forward to their visits a few days per week. Thank you Helping Hands your support has had a positive impact on us all.
