Ordered online...happy with products purchased but were poorly packed. All baby bottles were out of their boxes, some boxes were damaged. Fortunately, steriliser and bottles survived delivery.

Absolutely fantastic customer service from start to finish, made me feel so welcome not something you get to experience when visiting other toy stores and for that I will be back I spent around 45 minutes in store and they was so bubbly and chatty the whole time I was in happy to help straight away. The store is so clean and tidy. Prices are really good too and will match any other toy stores around. To top my whole experience in store my car wasnt ready for pick up (in the garage next door) and the owner offered me a lift back home with all the toys I had instead of me waiting for a taxi. Definitely taking customer service to the next level. What a lovely bunch of people you have there. Keep up the good work! If you havent visited people take a trip in store you wont be disappointed! thanks again for today stacey

First ever time been to the store, never even knew it was there to be honest, amazing range of toys from newborn to 10+ quite surprised at how cheap some of the toys were, struggles for customers because it isnt visible when driving past so my advice would be to get a big sign so people know your there Thankyou for the free toy for my little boy
