        I'm trying to report a scam which DFS uses: If you order a sofa etc and they can't deliver it - because the entry point of your House/Flat is too tight- They charge you 30% of the original retail price. In our case 550.00

        Tried for days to speak with someone and Niobe ever answers or they just tell you to call back and press whatever then they go back to bed. Terrible really when its the standards lol but they all the same

        very poor service, they cannot be contacted directly tried to report fraud but they never got back, very disappointed if I could give minus 5 stars that would be praise
