Incredibly professional and superbly delivered whilst all the time making you feel like you are having a relaxed cup of tea with a best friend! I cannot recommend Refreshed minds enough, Zoe is superb and is obviously someone who is as passionate about her craft as she is brilliant at applying it to help others. I would highly recommend Refreshed minds to anyone who wants to improve their own wellbeing and live a better and healthier life.

Before hooking up with Zoe (that sounds dodgy), I was doing a good job with my business but just felt that I needed a boost. Lots of questions were buzzing round my head; why would people pay me for my services, how am I going to fit everything in, how do I get away from it just being little old me? I needed regular 1:1 support and have got that from Zoe she has tailored the sessions around my personal needs. I come away with practical, useful solutions which I can put into play straight away. Zoe empowers me to succeed and holds me accountable. She sends little learning points in-between sessions too and her voice I could drift away and listen to that all day. For anyone looking for a coach who tackles both your business and personal needs I highly recommend Zoe.
