Best Builders I've worked with in Leeds Yorkshire Cannot recommend Paul and his team enough, very professional. They've placed PFC metal profiles under our sagging kitchen floor. They gave us an expected time scale of when the work would be completed and this was met. very reasonably priced, Would definitely use PJ Building Services again in the future.

We have just had our dormer conversion done by pj builders and we are absolutely delighted with the finish . Everything has gone smoothly from start to finish. Paul ( paddy) and Wayne kept us informed every step of the way to what was happening and what was going to be done day by day. The team of builders turned up every morning on time and put in a good days work . Cleaned up every evening before leaving. Everyone was professional polite and courteous. I think we made an excellent choice of builders and I would certainly recommend and use them again. Thank you pj builders

Really pleased with the work done on my property to ensure my chimney stack is now properly supported. The work was completed on time and in line with the quotation given, the team were polite and there was no mess left at all. Would definitely recommend!

From the initial meeting to the end of the building work, we couldn't fault Paddy, Wayne and their team. They were all polite and respectful, keeping us updated and informed throughout the whole build. The work was completed within the 9 weeks stated on the initial quote, which was also very competitive. They were very understanding and explained each step of the process, giving us options and suggestions, guiding the whole process in a professional manner. The quality of the work is amazing and we love the end result. We have already recommended them to friends who were after a loft conversion and would recommend to anyone wanting a great set of builders, who are true to their word and competitive. Spoke to Wayne, sent over architect drawings for extension. Advised to call back in 10days or so. did not hear anything back for 3wks. So called again. Phone picked up by Paul, asked for Wayne, very confrontational attitude, said Wayne not here, explained i had sent drawings for potential extension. Despite introducing myself 2-3x and explaining i had sent an email over 3wks ago was very rude on the phone and put the phone down. Bizarre odd behaviour, deserves Zero stars.
