DHL I dont think so. A very reputable company at one time now run by jokers Or lazy and incompetent people.They havent moved on with time.Companies who have started much late have become more fast, reliable, convenient and have much friendlier customer services and not arrogant like DHL,who think that theyre the best thing on gods Green earth.I had 3 different parcels delivered on different times which were supposed to be delivered on a specific date were delivered 3-4 days later than the date given and told that I was not home. I would be waiting for them all day and would then get an email saying that they tried to deliver the parcel and that no one was at home , when I was sitting in front of the window just in case I would miss the driver. Getting hold of them on the phone is another mission and then when u finally get through to them, the expected answer u get is that they cant get hold of anyone at the depot or the driver with your package. Next time if any company I expect a delivery coming from use DHL I shall refuse it straight away as I cant take time off work to wait all day for to be told that it will be delivered the day after or the day after that. They dont even give a specific am or pm time for a person to do anything else. Like other companies do if they cant give a specific time they will say either 8-12 or 1-5pm but unfortunately not in the case with DHL who charge you 7p a minute and then keep you on the line waiting for 20 minutes and speak to you for another 15 minutes as they have all the time in the world to make money off poor customers. ABSOLUTELY SHAME ON YOU DHL FOR MESSING CUSTOMERS UP AND ALWAYS LYING THAT U CAME TO DELIVER!
