        I could not enquire on their website as it doesn't work, so not only their customer service is bad, also the website. Please see my enquiry: Dear Fells, if you wish to sell your carpets you should train your staff how to talk to the customers. I understand that you deal only with traders, but if a customer, not a trader, wants to find out something which the retailer didn't help with when we visited, how could a customer find out if they are sent to walk away to a retailer which they already been and didn't sort their query, please??? Thanks

        Had a stair carpet supplied by Fells fitted by a local carpet retailer.After 3 years the carpet started to go threadbare in 2 different areas.Complained to the retailer who suggested it was "wear and tear".I did not agree with this assessment for a number of reasons.Firstly the carpet is rated as heavy duty.As we are only a 2 person household the carpet is only subjected to light traffic.Secondly we have been in this house for over 30 years and never had a problem with stair carpets.I can only assume that this carpet is not suitable for stairs.I wrote a letter to Fells but they failed to reply.
