Build It Brilliant

I just had a Strategy Day with Zoe @ Build It Brilliant and WOW, it was amazing!! We spent a full day analysing business and designing a new structure that will allow me to serve more people but work less. I have been exhausting myself, trying to provide numerous different services and then struggling to market them all. She helped me to see the bigger picture, and see that I wasn't serving myself, my business, or even my clients, as best I could. Now I have a whole new plan for my business that is simple, straightforward, and will enable me to help more people and actually earn a good income. I have so much more clarity, focus, and motivation. Thank you so much Zoe!! This experience was transforming and I will be recommending you to everyone...in fact, I already have :-) x

It turned out to be so simple!!! With clear goals and plans in place for our business, I still felt like I was a busy fool, creating LOADS of different social media content, lead magnets and offers, chucking them all out there to help me meet my goals - I was exhausted! Zoe was so patient and understanding, helping me to understand the 'customer journey', what I could do to improve it, and the impact this would then have on my customer and the number of hours I spend creating content. Zoe explained with diagrams (I'm very visual) what was happening currently and how the new structure would make such a huge difference. It has taken a much-needed change in mindset from me (which she also helped with) and what a difference it has made. Just what I needed - simple, clear, effective!! Thank you, Zoe.

A wonderful structure of business coaching, strategy and instruction in the technology needed to create & run a business online. Zoe is welcoming , knowledgable & very approachable - no question seems to be too silly, small or big for her.
