Posted by Owner, Bill Smith. 22 months of waiting to have all our sixty plus faults addressed to our brand new lakeside lodge we have had the engineers out to as Victory promised to complete all the faults issues on our snagging list, they came again 13th Dec. to replace patio and side doors and other snags which they have to replace again with a new designed frame and extra hinges as replacement have not resolved faults . Victory informed us the prolonged time period of addressing our issues they have been waiting of all parts to arrive in stock so they could complete ALL of our faults to the lakeside lodge in ONE visit. A week later. We receive an e mail from our site which came from Victory Leisure informing us, and it reads. All of the issues have been attended on your snagging list to your Lakeside lodge plus others that customer had marked up .n there email is a but, and I quote they say --there are still a few outstanding issues which will be attended to when these parts are available? and to add insult to injury some of the faults they have addressed have to be corrected on another visit mainly new doors external have to be replaced again. These parts were ordered back in July 2021 and Victory promised to complete all faults in one visit. what is going on with your management and customer service people. There was never anything mentioned in your email about parts not available to complete all faults when Victory informed us you were to send engineers out to address all of our faults. Again let down by Victory Homes. We have over the years purchased some 20 unit from recommended caravan companies, we would not recommend this company to anyone as our experience has been a total and stressful disaster we wish we had never seen or bought a Victory Unit.

Not happy with the after service at all. We have had to go through the site owner who then goes through his supplier and then to Victory. It took 18 months to get the guttering fixed properly as the panels did not fit right into the joints to make a proper seal. We put a list in 8 months into having it in 2021. No-one came out due to pandemic. We asked the site wardens time after time with no joy. We put a list in again early a year later. A young lad came out had a look around then left saying he would be back. We got onto them a few weeks later and someone came out fixed the guttering then left. Little things still not right but having to live with them. My biggest bugbear is the doors. Patio doors have never closed properly without pushing or pulling 90 degrees to the sliding. Back main door keeps dropping, top hinge is not right had a look and screws do not engage properly so upvc door frame is getting rubbed away by metal fixings. Now they are saying out of warranty.
