I booked a coach for a birthday celebration and bang on time, Fred arrived with his spotlessly clean Mercedes 49 seater. He took us to our first stop in Alresford. We journeyed on by train to Alton where Fred was waiting for us to take us to a super country pub in Medstead. Excellent driving throughout and very helpful with a wheelchair when required. Thank you Vale, great value, great day out.

Amazing that the slogan of this company is "where service still matters" considering I use this bus for school daily and they are madly inconsistent with both the quality of the buses and how fast they arrive, with times I've had to wait 45 minutes having just got off school. Not only this, but they are extremely expensive, especially considering its out of the pockets of the parents of students. Shameful.
